Rooms are big, lifts work well, menu of food and wine was mixed and had something for everyone. The location is great for us, racing at the karting track that is nearby.

More than half the items on the menu were not available (beef, chicken, vanilla ice cream, lamb, all the white wines etc) The rooms were filthy dirty, with insects through them The air conditioners are noisy and rattle all night. We changed rooms to the 9th floor which was better, except then there was no water to the room in the morning. At dinner, they had a live band which would have been great, except they were so loud that a decibel meter showed it would cause permanent hearing damage. We asked 9 times if they could turn it down and the staff did nothing. Everyone was avoiding the restaurant because it was so loud, you had to shout at each other.

Came after tired working, the receptionist mentioned my booking.com booked was not there and he mentioned they ( the hotel ) rarely received order from booking.com nor agoda lately and at that time he said that the hotel were fully booked. They kept us waiting so long until they mentioned they can received us with upgraded to suite class junior while actually it was on the old building different what we paid at more convinient executive room at the new building!!! Terrible!!!! Corruption

the hotel where I Stayed, breakfast is okey, however, the room is not comfortable (ac is hot) and dusty, and still there was two ex. towels left behind the door in the bathroom. so it was very unconvenience and very disappointed. the staff is nice.

Children swimming pool was very good! Kids playroom was good!

Dirty and a bit run down. Small windows, lack of lighting in the room, insects entered the room on second day, and we were in a non-smoking room, but we can smell cigarette smoke coming in perhaps from the air conditioning on 1st night and 2nd morning. Breakfast was a disappointment.

there were 2 accidents during our stay. One was a little girl around 3 years old fell down from her room to the balcony near the swimming pool. and another one was a little boy around 5 years old drawn at the swimming pool .... scarry.we never want to go back again sorry

Receptionist was not friendly. The room is too small and the all of the room was dirty. I as asking for non smoking room, the receptionist gave us smoking room. When I informed these unpleasant things to room supervisor that I anted to change the room, , he asked me to wait but after almost 1 hour waiting, the supervisor did not come and did not inform me. I decided to stay in unpleasant room (old building room 510? I am not sure). The next morning, after breakfast I tried again to inform receptionist. This nice lady as very friendly and she inform me to move to other room with the same type of room. When I asking to upgrade the type of room, she responded to my request since I argue that I had very bad experience last night. I got room in the new building room no 7109. This is room that I believe good for Rp 1.500.000 for two nights. Ibis Style in Bogor over a better room with less price. Breakfast as not also as I expected. Several months ago, I stay in this hotel, the breakfast was excellent. This is one reason why I choose Lorin Hotel this time. But for the future, I will not stay in this Hotel nor recommend other to stay in Lorin Hotel. I am a friend of Chief of Chef Halim.

Gym is not good, they need to Abd more heavy plates, and there is no flat bench, rooms need more pest control for the small ants

The location near from highways and next to sentul circuit

The room was smelly and not so clean The shower seems clogged The new pool is under construction, and on the other hand the old one not kids friendly

Nice location for golfer .

Complain twice to staff no AC remote control but finally the maintenance personel come in check and quietly leave without solution . I get cold in second morning.... Again found the same problem at lighting bside the bed ,no switch at all . Hv to turning off the buld manually......

near stadium , Grapcar driver is good man , staff is nice

I can not sleep because many mosquito " big mosquito bite me all night " After come home my wife said " why your body big problem "

I like the pool..enjoy the swimming because the pool is big size..

The bath room need to re new The gym room not comfort The garden or the surounding need to be improve more, maybe with kids play ground or flower gardening
